Customers located in the European Union may withdraw from eligible online purchases within 14 calendar days from the day they receive the order.
No. EU customers may withdraw from an eligible purchase without giving any reason.
You can submit your withdrawal request through our withdrawal form or by sending us a clear statement confirming that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.
You must send your withdrawal request before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
Eligible refunds will be processed using the original payment method after we receive the returned goods or receive proof that the goods have been sent back.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless we have agreed otherwise.
